t-mac maintains a complete view of the energy you are using and identifies where consumption can be reduced. It provides metering of mains incoming gas, electricity and water, sub-metering of activity areas, lighting, heating, a/c and machinery, environmental monitoring of temperature, humidity and light-levels and finally, controls these parameters to proactively reduce energy consumption.
For Smart Metering/AMR.
t-mac can provide AMR on gas, electricity and water providing day+1 and live metering data remotely.
For Legislation.
t-mac provides evidence for the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC), assists with the Operational Rating calculation for Display Energy Certificates (DECs), provides DECs, and helps business conform to Part L2 with sub-metering activities.
For Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
t-mac can connect to the onboard controller of equipment such as boilers, a/c, lighting, compressors and other machinery to provide remote diagnostics, management and control.
For Maintenance.
t-mac provides information on machine conditions and operation as well as building operations to enable FMs and Maintenance Personnel to remotely manage equipment performance and devise proactive maintenance plans.
